Schrödinger's Cat

For a long period, I failed to correctly understand the concept expressed in Schrödinger's Cat, the famous thought experiment in quantum physics. I erroneously thought the so-called superposition state of the cat being alive and dead was because we hadn't seen it and therefore didn't know. However, in reality, the cat in the box is in a state of either being alive or dead. It wasn't until recently, after reading a book, that I understood the experiment is conveying that the state of the cat being alive or dead is determined by human observation. In other words, humans cannot decide whether the cat lives or dies, but the reality of the cat being alive or dead in three-dimensional space is realized because of human attention. To put it further, humans are participants rather than spectators in the creation of three-dimensional space matters. I finally understood this part about the collapse of the cat's state of being alive or dead into reality in three-dimensional space. However, I still didn't understand the so-called superposition state of the cat being alive and dead until recently when I was drawing with a computer. To better merge two pictures, I lowered the opacity of the pictures separately and finally understood the superposition state of being alive or dead. If I view the opacity of 100% as the reality existing in three-dimensional space, then the opacity lower than 100% is an unformed sub-reality. If I draw a live cat and a dead cat simultaneously and set the opacity of both to 50%, then overlay these two pictures, the resulting merged picture represents the superposition state of the cat being alive and dead. Due to my previous near-death experience (as mentioned in the "Child of Space-Time" article), I have a special fascination with exploring space-time. I instantly fell in love with this way of expressing sub-space matter. My "Schrödinger's Cat" series of artworks are the representation of my interest in exploring space-time in three-dimensional space. For instance, in the "Schrödinger's Cat" painting, it simultaneously portrays a cat and a piece of tree bark.

When drawing with computer software, the clarity of the artwork is determined by its resolution, so I need to consider the unit pixels. Pixels are small squares with specific locations and color values. The images we see on the computer are made up of these small squares. This reminded me of what Seth, a ghost, said: three-dimensional physical matters are composed of human consciousness. Each type of consciousness exists in this universe. When similar consciousness congregates to a certain density, it forms an existence in three-dimensional space. I agree with this statement because Proverbs 4:23 in the Bible tells us: "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." This verse clearly tells us that life is created by our thoughts. Each of our thoughts is like a pixel on a computer screen. When there are enough pixels, an image emerges. I believe the reason why there are so many fractals in nature is that God uses the language of nature to explain this principle to us. My general understanding of fractals is that they often have extremely complex details, and their tiny components resemble a scaled-down version of the whole. That is, a pattern is composed of countless similar patterns. This is like when people's same thoughts gather to a certain degree, they will manifest into facts in three-dimensional space. Based on this understanding of matters, I strongly agree with the viewpoint that "attention is power, and thought is connection". Since matters are composed of human consciousness, and quantum collapses into reality in human observation, our human thoughts and attention become very precious. In order to make our bodies healthier and our lives better, we should focus our attention on all the good things, like peace, wisdom, wealth, and so on. In my view, God is the collective entity of the most beautiful and positive things in this universe. Therefore, we should communicate with God more and thank and praise Him for all the beautiful things He has bestowed upon us.

I have deeply felt the view of strengthening positive forces to naturally weaken the negative ones. Firstly, in order to heal my obsessive-compulsive disorder, I found during the production of healing images that confrontational images had no therapeutic effect (refer to "Using Photoshop to Heal Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder"). However, images that enhanced inner strength had a significant therapeutic effect.

Secondly, I enjoy gardening. Once, I had a camellia that was sick and close to dying. I transplanted it into the flower bed, and before long, not only did the camellia survive, but it also grew into a large tree. The disease naturally healed because the positive forces needed for the camellia to grow were plentiful in the flower bed.

Thirdly, my family is what is known in Country G as a family of doctors, so I am quite familiar with traditional medical theories of Country G. These theories believe that people get sick because of insufficient vital energy, that is, not enough positive power. Therefore, no matter what illness is being treated, the first consideration is to enhance positive power. In actual treatment, this approach has a significant effect.

Fourthly, contemporary psychology has always taught us that the most effective way to uplift a person is to focus on their strengths and praise them.

The "Schrödinger's Cat" series of works is used to express my aforementioned viewpoints. Each of my pictures is composed of at least two or more images, which represent the superposition of multiple states of things. The clarity of these images does not reach 100%. I define a clarity of 100% as the condition for the formation of three-dimensional space materials. Therefore, the patterns I express are in a sub-material state, a state where consciousness is generated but has not yet become rigid reality. Finally, I try to choose some images that I think are beautiful and have positive power as my materials. Because focusing on positive power is a concept I have always been practicing in my life.
